Dr. Gupta is a senior psychiatrist with more than 24 years of experience. He has been involved as a consultant and advisor in the fields of mental health and substance abuse for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and NITI Aayog, the Government of India’s policy think-tank. He is an active member of the Central Mental Health Authority and served on a panel that assessed the government’s Mental Healthcare Act 2017.
